bot-EA Solutions Inc. builds AI-powered tax compliance software that converts bank statements into IRS and CRA-ready forms in minutes. The technology was solid. The website wasn’t.
When Marklancers came on board, the site was a white WordPress/Elementor build where two of three products were marked “Coming Soon,” every page repeated the same three-step section and contact form, there was zero legal documentation, and the visual design had nothing to do with AI or financial compliance. We rebuilt it from the ground up.
White backgrounds. Royal blue buttons. Stock photos of people smiling at laptops. The homepage hero was a woman at a computer. The navigation read: Home, About Us, Products, Services, Demo, Contact Us.
Every product page — botLine, botPlane, botCube, Credit Card Reconcile — followed the same template: a headline, a short feature list, the same three-step process section, and the same contact form. botPlane and botCube both had red “Coming Soon” badges, sitting right next to the one product that actually worked. The About page had two sentences describing the company. There were no legal pages, no blog, no FAQ, no events — nothing
Dark navy design system. Space Mono and Syne typography. A homepage that opens with “Turn Your bank statements into tax-ready forms” backed by four proof points: free trial, 98.5% compliance rate, 3-minute processing, 2 countries supported.
The navigation restructured to: Home / Products / How it Works / Company / Resources / Contact — with a phone number in the header and a Start Free Trial button.
Live Products and UpComing Products are now presented as an honest roadmap rather than a list of things that don’t exist yet. The botLine Schedule C and T2125 pages each have dedicated feature sections, capability breakdowns, industry use cases, and real named testimonials. The About page tells the actual company origin story with Mission, Vision, and four company values. A Blog, Events page, and 26-question FAQ are all live. And every page footer now links to a complete legal documentation suite.
